Hawkes Bay Theatre
The Real Theatre Company Welcomes You
Welcome to The Real Theatre Company’s website for The Hawkes Bay.
We are an established theatre production company and have produced both amateur and semi professional theatrical productions in nearly all Auckland theatre venues. Now based in Hawkes Bay, The Real Theatre Company is working with local talent to stage productions in Napier and in Hastings and we are in the process of re-establishing ourselves as either a charitable trust or an incorporated society. We will also be running acting classes for adults and teenagers to grow and expand acting skills for stage and screen.
The acting classes are designed to develop acting technique to ensure actors interactions on stage are focused, energised, empathetic and truthful.
The course will develop the actors self confidence through exercises which explore their vulnerability, sensitivity and empathy.
